clinical supervision/consultation

To me, supervision is a collaborative process shaped by our exploration of your clinical work, your identity as a therapist, and the relational dynamics that arise with your patients. I believe clinicians—like all people—are inherently relational, called to engage not only with their patients but also with themselves.

Supervision is where professional development and personal growth intersect. It’s a space where confidence coexists with uncertainty, and the therapeutic relationship invites both insight and complexity. Together, we make room for these experiences, allowing them to deepen your clinical understanding.

My hope is that you come to know these internal and clinical experiences more fully, developing greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. This applies not only to how you practice, but also to how you experience yourself as a clinician. This expanded self-awareness fosters greater freedom, resilience, and presence in the therapy room.

We also attend to the practical aspects of the work—maintaining the therapeutic frame, navigating fees, legal and ethical considerations, and supporting you in your unique context, whether in an agency, group practice, or private practice.

My approach to supervision is grounded in trauma-informed relational psychotherapy, object relations, attachment theory, and intersectional psychologies. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH60498732) and am currently on pause as a Clinical Associate while pursuing certification in psychoanalysis through the Seattle Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. I am also a member of the Center for British Object Relations and the Executive Board for Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study. In addition to my clinical work, I have taught in academic and training settings, including as a co-instructor at The Seattle School for Theology & Psychology and with the Center for British Object Relations.
